Thank goodness for weekends, family & lots and lots of delicious food! I celebrated a few days off with the perfect mix of fun, productivity & catching up with my favorite people in the whole wide world.
As I attempt to do every week, I kicked this weekend off with the Green City farmer’s market. My closest friends know that I am a farmer’s market fiend, and my favorite weekend tradition is walking through the market with a latte in hand & a crepe or donut in the other. This weekend I lucked out an scored both in one trip, basically making it the best weekend ever {don’t tell my yoga instructor…} I kept my Saturday morning attire casual with a few of my favorite basics, and lots and lots of freshly cut sunflowers. My favorite part of the ‘fit has to be these killer vans I scored last week – cute, comfy, and my new go-to’s for a little pop to an otherwise not so exciting outfit. And I haven’t rocked vans since I was a high school skater girl, so there’s a little nostalgic love for my old favorite shoe brand 😉
Oh…I also finally found the Donut Vault truck and devoured 2.5 donuts in one weekend – no shame. The chocolate & almond cake donuts are now my new favorite thing!
The rest of the weekend consisted of delicious dinners & brunches, taking some family photos for our new neighbors {aka, the most adorable hour of my weekend}, shopping and finally tackling a few of my home projects I’ve been meaning to get to since we moved in last January, oops!

Farmer's markets are the best, though I hate to admit I have not been to one yet in Minneapolis, whoops!
