There’s definitely been a little more spring in my step these days – all having to do with this beautiful weather. I don’t know what it is about this time of year, but for some reason everything is exciting. I wake up more refreshed {aka, I need a few less cups of coffee}, I come home and GSD, and then I wake up the next day and do it all over again. While I don’t know what got me in the more motivated spirit, I do think the sunshine has something to do with it.
To match the weather, I’ve been gravitating towards bolder prints and brighter colors. As I shared earlier this month, Rent the Runway is here in Chicago, and I’ve been taking the opportunity to give it a go for the first time ever {spoiler alert: I’m in love}. I adored this dress from the moment I saw it, and I had fun dressing up for a recent night out in Chicago. The aunt aptly described this pattern as looking like a 17th century Dutch painting, and the more I look at it, the more I see it too. A dress that also double as a work of art? I’m obviously a fan. Paired with black sheer tights (options) I’m ready to take on this springy weather!
You are too cute! I love this dress on you, and I missed you this past weekend! Hope you had a blast with the fam!

I'm totally in love with this dress! The all over floral print and high collar are so vintage-y and cool. You are rocking this!
