From music festivals to patio parties, every weekend is filled with getting together with friends over a few {or more!} cocktails.
I’ve been breaking out of my usual cocktail routine and testing our new recipes that mix a few unlikely ingredients. This week, I decided to whip up a few wine cocktails since I’ve been finding myself drinking pinot grigio, rosé and chardonnay all summer long. I figured I’d jazz things up a little bit my trying our a spiked melonade {melon lemonade} recipe with Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi’s delicious pinot grigio. It’s incredibly refreshing, not too sweet and easy to make before a big get together this weekend!What You’ll Need:
• 2 Watermelon Slices
• Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi pinot grigio
• Fresh Squeezed Lemonade
Directions:
Cut the peel off a slice of watermelon and muddle the watermelon at the bottom of each of your glasses. Fill your glasses up with ice cubes and pour 3 oz. of Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi pinot grigio and 2 oz. of fresh squeezed lemonade. Cut off a triangle portion of a watermelon for garnish (or put in half a slice of watermelon in the glass as garnish}. Serve & enjoy! If you’re looking to try out a new cocktail recipe, make sure to give this bad boy a try! It’s one of my new favorite cocktails for summer {and luckily for me, I bought the big bottle of Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi pinot grigio, so I’ll be making a big batch for upcoming festivities this weekend!}
If you’re looking for more recipe and entertaining ideas for this weekend make sure to check out Robert Mondavi’s Simple Entertaining Social Hub! I’ll definitely be trying a few of these in the coming weeks!
