Charming Cocktails: Pinot Grigio Melonade

From music festivals to patio parties, every weekend is filled with getting together with friends over a few {or more!} cocktails.

I’ve been breaking out of my usual cocktail routine and testing our new recipes that mix a few unlikely ingredients. This week, I decided to whip up a few wine cocktails since I’ve been finding myself drinking pinot grigio, rosé and chardonnay all summer long. I figured I’d jazz things up a little bit my trying our a spiked melonade {melon lemonade} recipe with Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi’s delicious pinot grigio. It’s incredibly refreshing, not too sweet and easy to make before a big get together this weekend!Spiked-Melonade (10 of 19)Spiked-Melonade (1 of 19)What You’ll Need: 

• 2 Watermelon Slices

• Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi pinot grigio

•  Fresh Squeezed Lemonade

Directions: 

Cut the peel off a slice of watermelon and muddle the watermelon at the bottom of each of your glasses. Fill your glasses up with ice cubes and pour 3 oz. of Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi pinot grigio and 2 oz. of fresh squeezed lemonade. Cut off a triangle portion of a watermelon for garnish (or put in half a slice of watermelon in the glass as garnish}.
