What Are You Doing New Years Eve?

Happy {almost} 2016 friends!

I can’t believe that we’re already counting down the days ’till the new year, when it seems like only yesterday we were ringing in 2015. And while I usually get super jazzed for a new year and fresh beginnings, I’m notoriously terrible at planning anything for New Years Eve {which usually results in staying in and watching terrible movies on Netflix, oops!} New-Yearsvia

But for 2016, I’m ready to make it the best year yet {it’s the year I turn 27, which was always the time I thought I would have my life figured out – ha!} so I’m ringing in the new year at Chi-Town Rising, the newest most epic New Years event in Chicago. Since I’m determined to kick off 2016 in style, I took my New Year’s Eve research pretty seriously – debating downtown parties, concerts and even watching the ball drop from the comfort of my own couch – but when I heard about Chi Town Rising, I was instantly sold. From concerts {both Chicago {yes the band!} and American Authors are headlining} to tasty food, a sweet fireworks show and even a gigantic star acceding 36 stories up Hyatt Regency Chicago’s West Tower, I have a feeling that this New Years will be the best one yet. I’m planning on dressing up in every sequin piece I own, rocking my new favorite pair of black heels and celebrating with my sweet boyfriend Jimmy  – with a few glasses of champagne in hand 😉 champagne2Wanna pop bottles and celebrate in Chicago with me? I’d love to ring in the new year with you!

Snag tickets to Chi-Town Rising right here {http://bit.ly/1mgyGwy} before they’re gone right here and make sure to check up the sweet lineup of bands, restaurants to try and events happening throughout the night. And don’t forget to grab a room at the Hyatt Regency Chicago for anyone who’s coming from out of town – you might as well make a weekend of it, right? See you there friends 😉

A big thanks to Hyatt Gold Passport for sponsoring this post! I so appreciate you supporting the brands that keep Charmingly Styled running.
