My goodness, things have been busy ’round here these past few weeks! Each week seems to be flying, and there’s a big part of me that misses the summer weather already. I’ve been trying to soak it all in and enjoy little moments when I can – but the easiest way to remember is by snapping photos when I happen to lug my camera along. I finally bit the bullet and bought a 50MM lens {I was officially the last blogger on the boat!} and I’ve been loving it so far. Usually I’m not “that girl” who plays tourist in her own city, but with a new lens I’ve got a new lease on my {photo} life.

    Girl, you are not the last to own a 50mm lens – I hopefully am purchasing one in the next month before my hubby and I head out on our one-year anniversary vacation! I love all your snaps – looks like you've been enjoying life lately. xo

    Amazing pictures! I would love a new lens for my DSLR. Sometimes it is fun playing tourist in your own city! It kind of opens up a new world to you! And whatever that blueberry thing is, I want it. It looks delicious!
