Last weekend we finally had a few nice days in Chicago. It seriously look FOREVER to get us up to a measly 50 degrees, but I was so much happier once the sun showed it’s face again. And by happier, I mean I felt an incredible wave of relief and happiness wash over me that I hadn’t felt since fall of 2013. I’m sure you know the feeling.
So I busted out a few of my spring favorites that honestly thought I’d never see again {+ a few new goodies that I’ve been recently stalking}. As you may have picked up on, I happen to wear jeans about 90% of the time, so I kept the look weekend casual and comfy. With a little Kate Spade action mixed with some Forever 21 favorites, this look is the perfect mix of low and luxe {or Lux-esque which I’ve cornered the market on.}

This outfit is too cute! Love your peplum top and your flats! Yay for nice weather and can I get a big BOO for horrible weather. I will not be seeing you because our flight got cancelled last night 🙁 And to me, it just doesn't make sense to fly out later today and still pay the same amount for taxis, hotel, and everything else to only be able to be there one day. It sucks, but budget wise after my flight got cancelled it made more sense for me to cancel everything else 🙁
