Happy happy Friday friends! I hope you’re all looking forward to a fun and relaxing weekend ahead 🙂
I’m spending the weekend home in Madison with my family & attempting to get everything ready for the big move in a few weeks. I have to be honest, I’m getting some serious ants in my pants {okay, more like anxiety} about the whole thing. Don’t get me wrong, I’m beyond excited to move out of our tiny quaint apartment, but the prospect of moving and redecorating gives me some serious nerves. We’ve never really had our own space before – and it seems like there are so many decisions I have to make. To paint or not to paint? What kind of carpeting do we need? What do we leave as is, and what do we re-do? Plus, this whole idea of having an open floor plan makes decorating extra tricky…everything has to go together so it doesn’t look too frenetic. Help!
Luckilly, Pinterest was invented to give me more than enough inspiration – so hopefully it will all come together nicely. Any tips or tricks for re-decorating I should know about? Any advice would help!
