Like every girl, I love me some high heels – but unfortunately, I can’t really afford to buy all the pairs on my ever-growing wish list. I always find myself ogling any heels {or even flats} with a big bow, so when I saw these clips from lulu frost for j.crew shoe clips I had a shoe-tastic epiphany. Why not make bow clips for my plain black heels? BOOM – the easiest DIY ever was created.
Here’s what you’ll need:
– pretty ribbon
– sciccors
– clip on earring backs
– super glue
– needle & thread
First, make a bow.
Cut off your bow ends & wrap extra ribbon around the mid-section of your bow.
Sew the new mid-section closed and cut off the extra fabric. Next, super glue clip on earring backs to the back of your bow.
And violla! Easiest DIY ever. Add the bows to the back of your favorite heels, or on the tops for some bow-tastic holiday cheer. xx
