Even though I’ve never needed glasses, I’ve desperately wanted them since the 4th grade when they made us take eye exams in elementary school. When it got to be my turn in line, I would squint my eyes and start rambling random letters in hopes that they would deem me worthy {and in need} of glasses. Needless to say, the optometrist and nurses saw right through my plot and let me know that I was good for another year. I was devastated.
Flash forward to now: even though I don’t need glasses {which really, I’m thankful for}, I would love a pair. Glasses always make you look distinguished and hide even the sleepiest of eyes, which is always a good thing. My favorite lust worthy glasses? Definitely Warby Parker’s affordable and vintage inspired frames. Plus, they even offer non-Rx pairs for those of us who don’t need but still want glasses.
Here are some of my favorite frames from their newest fall collection that comes out today – how fab are they? Since I would use my glasses as more of an accessory than out of need, I decided to pair them accordingly!
Ok, you're a genius–I love how you created outfits around the frame styles! I have a pair of Warby Parker shades, but not glasses. Actually, I thought I lost my eyeglasses the other day, and I secretly hoped it was true so I could get a pair of Warby Parkers. Turns out, they were just at my parent's house. Boo.
I WANT those Ames sunglasses! So chic 🙂 Also, these outfits are to die for, if only I had money haha!
The Duckworths remind me of my Clydes! Loove them, but now that Warby will be in Chicago, I'm so tempted to stop by their bus and get another pair! It might happen. Woops.
You are a girl after my own heart! I've always wanted glasses, but I have great eyesight, so I don't need them. It's a good thing WP makes shades with no Rx for us perfect vision glasses lovers! Digging the Duckworth frames.

That is so cute that you wanted glasses! I can't say I ever wanted them, but now here I am… 🙂 I love the tortoise frames of the Duckworths. So cute!
you and i are cut from the same cloth it sounds like! i faked my eye exam in the 2nd grade to get glasses, i was thrilled until i realized that a) i couldn't see and b) they gave me headaches. my mom was pissed!:)
