Fresh Mango Lassis

Summer time living mean lots of delicious drinks. Margaritas, Green Juice and my personal favorite: Mango Lassis. I used to consider them a delicious indulgence whenever we went out to Indian restaurants, but now I love making them at home. 
Here’s the easy peasy recipe in just a few easy steps:
What you need:
• Two mangos
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 1/4 cup skim milk
• 2 cups ice cubes
Directions:
• Cut mangos in half and and cube
• Mix milk, mangos and ice in a blender
• Sprinkle with sugar to taste

    I have been on a serious smoothie kick lately, mostly making green smoothies with lots of fruit. This looks so delicious that I'll be adding mangos to my shopping list for this evening!
