I’ve welcomed a new baby into my life – a beautiful stainless steel, 2 horsepower beauty named, my new Vitamix. I’m not sure how I lived without it before, but I am very excited to have it now! 
Holy moley! Why did no one tell me how amazing a juicer is? The last few days I’ve been spending copious amounts of time juicing, blending and crushing as many crazy ingredients that I can get my happy little hand on. It’s amazing – and {best of all} I’m making things that are good for me too, which didn’t quite happen when I got my mini cake pop maker {whoops!}
Here are some of my favorite recipes over the last few days of experimenting…..
Orange, Banana, Carrot, Apple Deliciousness –  
3 Oranges peeled and quartered
2 Bananas peeled
1 tsp Ginger peeled and sliced
1 Apple quartered
2 carrots peeled and cut
1 1/2 cup Apple juice 
Directions – blend the crap out of it – makes 4 cups of instant gratification! 

Spiked Banana – Chocolate Shake
          Nothing says “after work pick me up” than ice cream and booze – am I right, or am I right?
3 Bananas Peeled
1 cup Milk
3 cups ice
3 hunks chocolate bar {or more if you’re feeling dangerous”
2 tbs Bailey’s or Kahlua
2 tbs sweetener {I used Agave}
Directions – Mix it up for 30 – 45 seconds and voila! 4 cups of delicious chooclately alcoholy goodness {yum!}

    These all look so delicious! Clearly I'm missing out by not having a juicer! I love to make fruit smoothies with my blender but this is totally taking it to the next level!
    Ps. Love the photo of the sun through the winter – so pretty!
