I have a confession: I’ve never had a Macaron. They’ve become the new cupcake of the blogging/instagram world, and I’ve yet to indulge in one. Truth be told, I’m so out of the loop that I had to google the difference between “Macaron” and “Macaroon”. But once I spent more time reading about them, {and searching all over Pinterest}, I’ve started to crave them, despite not even knowing how they taste!
So, wiser blogging friends – what’s your take on the Macaron? Worth the splurge? Favorite flavor? Favorite place to buy one? I think it needs to happen soon

I love macarons!! They are delicious and almost too pretty to eat! I just like to stare at them…and then eat 1000 of them. haha! Laduree are of course delish but there is also a place in NOLA called Sucre and they have an online shop!! Of course I'm sure you could get them at the local bakery. I looove hazelnut, coconut and then any fruit one!! I'm not much of a chocolate eater.xoxo

Hehe yes! I had to google it – one is vthe coconut cookie usually dipped in chocolate, and this is more like a fancy delicious Oreo 🙂 I would take one of each though…. Xo!
