I had the pleasure of attending Fashion Night Out in Milwaukee last week {and it was well worth the drive!}. Once a year, retailers around the world hold after hours shopping events filled with treats, bubbly and deals galore. This year was the first year Milwaukee participated – and as always, they did it in style! Here are some of the photos from the stores I visited in the Third Ward shopping district in downtown Milwaukee.
Who doesn’t love shiny new makeup? Blush had expert make-up artists for makeovers and a DJ spinning music all night long. I was a huge fan of the orangy-red shades of lipstick they were featuring for fall too.
Luci is one of my new favorite stores in Milwaukee after visiting it for the first time at FNO! They had so many unique pieces that were on trend {Neon chiffon, Studded Tee’s, Leather Jackets…all at a great price!}. I’ll definitely be visiting next time I’m in town…
Lela was another previously undiscovered Milwaukee gem that I found during FNO. Lela was a beautiful store filled with fun and unique vintage inspired pieces, and I fell in love with a beautiful metallic lace dress but resisted the urge to splurge {a very hard decision at the time!}. How cute is their FNO shirt? Love Wisconsin inspired style!
Last but certainly not least, I loved Boutique Larrieux! This contemporary plus sized boutique features pieces that are both flattering and perfectly on trend. I was obsessed with the sequined chiffon top above and the ring donned by my friend Kate on the left. It’s always refreshing to find a store committed to making women of every size look beautiful – well done Boutique Larrieux!
