Guys – summer is fun, but summer is busy. With weekends away I find myself squeezing everything into my weekdays – which leads to a little more stress than I need in my life.
How do we find time to relax in the midst of crazy work weeks, summer vacations & still blogging in between? Here are some of my favorite quick and easy ways to get a little more r&r in your day, and they seriously work!
I’ve been trying to read more {currently reading Howard Schultz’s “Onward” – dork alert}, drinking more tea & less coffee, juicing all the veggies and fruits in my fridge & trying my best to sleep more. They’re all baby steps, but they do make a huge difference.

I hear ya lady! Summer moves nonstop. Yoga always helps me relax and destress.
I love lighting a yummy smelling candle and relaxing for about 20 minutes before bed with a book. Always winds me down!
I can't remember the last time I took a bubble bath. I really need to change that!

I've been trying really hard to get more sleep but it's so tough in the summer when the sun sets so late, you just want to go to bed later. I've cut out any caffeine because I find that the more addicted you get to it, the more you need to have and the more tired you get.
