Savannah:
Guys. I have a serious decision to make and I need your help. My mom and I are planning a mini vacation next month and we’ve narrowed it down to two options: Savannah or Charleston. Since I’ve not been to either cities {& I really know anything about them}, I thought I’d ask for advice for any of you who’ve already been!
We’re planning on staying for 4 or 5 days, and are open to any suggestions for restaurants, tourist spots, spas {for real}, coffee shops and anything else worth checking out. Where would you send us in either city?

I am partial to Charleston since I went to school down there, the city is so pretty and the beaches are great!

Gah–this is so hard, I'm dying to visit both cities (hence why I have trips planned to both in 2014!). I think if I had to choose, I'd go with Charleston! The food scene is amazinggggggg.
I have never been to the south but….my boyfriends aunt lives in Charleston and the photos she sends us are just breathtaking!
Arghghgh I've never been to either although now I want to go to both….STAT. Such gorgeous pictures. Sorry I'm not help…I have heard amazing things about Charleston and even applied to college there.

I loved Charleston! A great little town by the beach! I stayed in a boutique hotel (can't remember the name, but I'm sure all of them are great!) There was a great open market and tons of restaurants! I highly recommend Charleston!
I've never been to any but I would choose Charleston. I really want to go to both. Lived in NOLA and I loveeee the South. Have fun!!

Well I've never been to Savannah but girl I LOVED Charleston! Such a fun, quaint place. I would go back in a heartbeat! The older buildings and mansions are fun to look at, great shopping and flea market, close to Folly Beach. Fun bar atmosphere 🙂 So yes I'm just saying you wouldn't be going wrong going to Charleston 😉
I've surprisingly never been to either?! despite living in the south my whole life. I have a friend that lives in charleston and he said i would love it because it's a mix of southern culture, the beach, great style, architecture & food.. SOLD! 🙂
