Happy {almost} Valentine’s Day, amigos! Alright, so we’re not actually that close to Valentine’s Day, but it’s kinda-almost-maybe coming up soon, right?! I’m already in full Valentine’s Day mode over here, prepping some awesome Galentine’s Day parties, and celebrating my favorite girlfriends and boyfriend on the 14th! I’m thinking lots of wine {obviously…}, whipping up something delicious and celebrating with my favorite people – basically the perfect recipe for the best V-Day celebrations ever.

I used to really not like Valentine’s Day, but these days I’m more excited to celebrate because it’s become more about celebrating myself and my favorite gals vs. worrying about what I’ll be doing on the night of February 14th. And this year I know where I’ll be, or at least I kinda do – since I’ll be celebrating it with Tom in an undisclosed {but promised to be very delicious} location. I’m a very lucky gal 😉
