Best Clean Beauty Products

While I’ve been more diligent about simplifying my life these days, one thing I just can’t quit is my love of beauty products. Whenever one of my favorite brands releases something new, I have the irrational urge to buy it, and my medicine cabinet is constantly on the verge of overflowing. Sephora definitely has accumulated a good portion of my paycheck over the years 😉

One thing I’m trying to do a better job for the sake of simplifying my life is buying clean beauty products, and making sure to use up all the goodies I have before trying out something new. The latter can be hard when you are always looking for the next best thing, but it’s been helpful to be more diligent about using everything up so I’m not overflowing with beauty products all the time.

While I’ve been scaling down my beauty product buying  a few products are still on my list to try, and a few have also become new favorites! Take a peek at the latest and greatest products I’ve been loving recently…1. Cake Beauty Dry Shampoo // 2. Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist // 3. Fresh Black Tea Mask // 4. Josie Maran Surreal Skin Argon Balm // 5. Indie Lee Face Oil // 6. Tata Harper Resurfacing Mask // 7. Aveda Rosemary Composition Oil // 8. One Love Organics Vitamin E Eye Balm  9. Tula Illuminating Face Serum // 10. Pure Vitality Skin Renewing Cream

A few highlights:

I finally tried Tula products after I had a few blogger friends tell me that they fell in love with them too! I’ve been using their overnight treatment and eye cream, and both are seriously magical. I’ve struggled with under-eye circles since the dawn of time, and I actually think their eye cream has made a real difference with my dark and tired under-eye circles. Also, their products are made with “probiotic technology” {yes, like yogurt!} which helps balance, moisturize and keep skin youthful…but doesn’t involve putting any real yogurt on your face 😉

You’ve probably seen this Kiehl’s Pure Vitality Skin Renewing Cream in a few posts recently, but it’s because I’m seriously a big fan. It’s made with manuka honey and ginseng, and it’s really ridiculously moisturizing. Some people don’t love it because they think it feels a little sticky, but it’s done wonders to my skin when it’s extra cold outside in Chicago.

I love all things Aveda, not just because it smells like a dream but also because it’s all naturale. I’ve been using their Rosemary Mint Composition oil non-stop, in the bath, on my skin, as massage oil, you name it! I’m such a fan I’m already in need of another bottle after this winter – whoops!

Any favorite all natural beauty products or brands? Please share! I always have room for just one more beauty product in my medicine cabinet 😉 xx

I admit that I haven’t really jumped on the natural beauty products bandwagon, but this makes me want to start! I need all the help I can get with under eye circles, so that eye cream is calling my name.
